Radio commands and stuff

OK, I now have all of the lag-lighting fixes in my possesion. I can't remember the radio commands. i want to say "roger that" and i remember having the gaunt in my weapon wheel. Now it skips over it!

You should be able to just make a team_say bind with that command and the radio would be playing automatically.

Ex:  In console

/bind q say_team "Roger that!"

Pressing q will say the command and put the message to the console.
